HARDHITTER 1920kW Intelligent Power Scheduling Charging
System | An Innovative Solution to Drive Efficient Energy
Replenishment for Heavy Trucks
Driven by the "dual-carbon" strategy, the
electrification process of commercial vehicles is
accelerating. High-frequency and high-power consumption
scenarios such as heavy trucks and mining trucks pose
higher requirements for the power density, scheduling
efficiency, and environmental adaptability of charging
equipment. The 1920kW intelligent power scheduling
charging system launched by HARDHITTER provides
operators with a charging solution that balances
efficiency, flexibility, and reliability.
Ⅰ. Multi-dimensional Performance Enables Efficient
Energy Replenishment
1、 High-power Matrix Distribution Architecture
The system is designed based on a 1000V high-voltage
platform with a rated power of 1920kW, supporting
flexible configuration of 6-18 guns. The single-gun
charging current is 300A, and the liquid-cooled
ultra-fast charging terminal can output a maximum
continuous current of 600A per gun, adapting to the fast
energy replenishment needs of heavy trucks, mining
trucks, and other large-capacity batteries. Through
matrix power distribution technology, it can dynamically
allocate the output power of multiple guns in real time,
avoiding the problem of resource idleness caused by the
fixed power of traditional single-pile chargers. When
some vehicles complete charging, the remaining power can
be automatically allocated to other terminals,
significantly improving equipment utilization.
2、Intelligent Scheduling and Efficient Conversion
Equipped with intelligent power scheduling technology,
the system can achieve module-level precise power
distribution according to the vehicle BMS requirements,
battery SOC status, and station load, with a maximum
charging efficiency of 95.5%. Compared with traditional
charging piles, the energy loss of the entire station is
reduced, significantly improving the operational economy
of the station.
3、Forward-looking Design Supports Smooth Upgrading
The system adopts a modular architecture, with 48 40kW
power units built-in, supporting total power improvement
through parallel expansion to meet the future charging
demand growth of the station. The charging terminal is
compatible with the upgrade of liquid-cooled ultra-fast
charging guns and reserves an interface for V2G function
upgrade, laying a foundation for the integrated layout
of photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging.
Ⅱ.Scenario Adaptation: Focusing on Tackling the Pain
Points of Heavy Truck Charging
1、Heavy Truck Transportation Hubs: Efficient Scheduling
Solves Charging Queuing Problems
Heavy trucks have long daily driving distances and high
energy replenishment frequencies. Traditional charging
piles are limited by inflexible power distribution,
easily causing queuing congestion during peak hours.
HARDHITTER optimizes the process through the following
solutions:
①Dynamic power allocation: The 1920kW power pool of a
single machine can simultaneously meet the
differentiated needs of multiple heavy trucks. For
example, when a vehicle requires 600kW fast charging,
the system can call idle modules for centralized power
supply, and the charging speed is 85% higher than that
of traditional dual-gun piles (320kW). ②Shortening
energy replenishment time: Helping to increase the daily
transportation frequency of vehicles.
②Shortening energy replenishment time: Helping to
increase the daily transportation frequency of vehicles.
2、Mining Areas and Industrial Scenarios:
High-reliability Operation in Extreme Environments
Mining truck operation environments are often
accompanied by high dust, extreme temperature
differences (-40°C to +60°C), and vibration impacts. The
system ensures stability through multiple protection
designs:
①Environmental adaptability: IP55 protection level,
combined with a 40PPI high-density dust-proof net and
fully potted modules, effectively resists dust
intrusion; a wide-temperature intelligent cooling system
ensures continuous output in extreme cold of -40°C and
high temperature of 60°C.
②Active safety protection: 65 real-time monitoring
functions cover risks such as overvoltage, reverse
current, and ground faults. The boot self-check and dual
protection mechanisms for output interfaces reduce the
failure rate, adapting to the 24-hour continuous
operation needs of mining areas.
Ⅲ. Building a Sustainable Charging Ecosystem to Drive
Industrial Collaborative Development
The HARDHITTER 1920kW intelligent power scheduling
charging system has been scaled application in heavy
truck charging stations in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, and
other places.
With its modular architecture, intelligent scheduling
core, and high-reliability design, the 1920kW
intelligent power scheduling charging system solves the
energy replenishment bottleneck in special scenarios
such as heavy trucks and mining trucks, providing an
expandable and sustainable technical foundation for the
long-term operation of charging stations. HARDHITTER
provides customized charging solutions for different
scenarios, and promotes the standardization and
intelligence of charging infrastructure through
multi-dimensional value output.
