(registered address: No. 183 Zhuzhou Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao City, China) (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “Hardhitter”) is the developer and operator of the Hardhitter application (collectively “APP”). We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
To safeguard your rights, this privacy policy will explain how our APP collects, uses, and stores your personal information and the rights you are entitled to. Please read, understand, and agree to this privacy policy before using this APP.
Please read carefully and fully understand the terms of this privacy policy, especially those that exempt or limit liability. These terms may be highlighted in bold or other forms to catch your attention. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this privacy policy, you do not have the right to access all features provided by this APP.
This privacy policy applies to the functions and services of this APP itself and does not apply to any products or services provided by third parties through this APP (“Third-Party Services”). You should fully understand the product features and privacy policy protection of Third-Party Services before choosing to use them.

1. **Personal Information Required for User Registration** When you first log in and register an APP account, you need to provide us with information including but not limited to your name, country, region, email address, and phone number to complete the account registration.

2. **Personal Information Required to Provide Services** - **Device Information:** Depending on the model and permissions granted during the installation and use of this APP, we may collect information related to your device, such as device model, unique device identifier, operating system, software version, network status, IP address, timestamp, time zone, country code, and telecom operator. - **Location Information:** When you use location-based services, we will collect your location information to provide such services based on your location. When you enable device location services, we may collect and use your location information or the location information of your charging device. Please note that most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services. Once you turn off location services, we will stop collecting your location information, and you may not be able to use our location-based services. - **Log Information:** To implement crash alerts and system maintenance functions, when you use our products, we automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as network logs, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, connection status, charging pile status, charging records, request records, APP crash logs, etc. - **Device Permission Information:** Depending on the functions you use, we may invoke certain device permissions. Below are the permissions, their purposes, and whether we ask for your consent before invoking them. You can choose to disable some or all permissions in the device settings, thereby refusing permission invocation.

We will strictly follow laws and regulations as well as your decisions to use the collected information for the following purposes as directed by this privacy policy:

1. Manage and improve the APP and service content and enhance your experience.

2. Send information about the APP and services, including changes to our service policies, terms, news, announcements, information related to us, special offers, and promotional activities from us or third parties.

3. Analyze and statistically review usage data.

4. Operate, evaluate, develop, manage, and improve our services (including operating, managing, analyzing, and improving the APP and services; managing and evaluating the effectiveness of our communications, etc.).

5. Enforce this privacy policy, user agreement, and any other terms you have agreed to.

6. Maintain and enhance the security of the APP and services, preventing abuse.

7. Comply with and enforce legal requirements, relevant industry standards, and policies in the region of China.

8. Maintain and serve accounts, provide customer service, verify customer information, and process and complete payments and transactions through the APP.

9. Remember your information based on your choices to avoid re-entering it.

10. Any other purposes necessary for managing and enhancing the APP and services.

11. Analyze faults and security risks of charging piles to improve performance and user experience.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. We will store the personal information collected and generated in China on servers located within the territory of China. If your personal information is transferred to or accessed from outside China, we will strictly follow relevant laws and regulations.
We will store your personal information for the period stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. If the same type of personal information has different retention periods under different laws and regulations, we will retain it for the longest retention period unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
If there are no clear provisions in relevant laws and regulations, we will store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the processing purpose. We will retain your personal information for three years, calculated from the date you stop using the APP services. We will reasonably assess and determine the storage period of personal information based on risk control, security assurance, business management, and national and industry standards.

3. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.

4. Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and judgments.

If you withdraw your authorization, we may no longer be able to continue providing the corresponding services based on the personal information you have withdrawn authorization or consent for.

3. **Account Deletion:** We fully ensure your right to delete your account and stop using this APP. When you need to delete your account, you can select "Delete Account" after clicking on the avatar to proceed with the account deletion operation. Once you complete this operation, your account will be immediately deleted. After account deletion, you will no longer be able to use any services related to this APP or retrieve any content or information you have browsed, followed, added, or bound, and we will no longer retain any of your personal data.

Please note that the above rights are not absolute, and your requests may not be fully met. For example, sometimes we are legally or contractually obligated to retain some of your personal data, and we cannot delete or restrict the processing of your personal data.

We take the protection of minors’ personal information very seriously. If you are a minor under 14 years old, you should obtain the consent of your guardian before using our products and/or services. We protect minors’ personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
We do not actively collect personal information directly from minors. If we collect minors’ personal information with the consent of their guardians, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information as permitted by law, with the consent of the guardian, or as necessary for protecting minors.
If it is proven that minors have registered to use our products and/or services without obtaining guardian consent, we will negotiate with the relevant guardian and endeavor to delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible.
